I served this fluffy honey butter along with the pumpkin cornbread I shared yesterday. This recipe comes from My Kitchen Café. The main difference with this honey butter is that you use marshmallow crème with it in addition to the butter and honey. The marshmallow crème gave it a different element of sweetness. I also thought it went very well the the pumpkin cornbread.
- MARSHMALLOW FLUFF
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- Whip all together with an electric mixer and serve at room temperature (can be refrigerated and softened).
