Easy White Chocolate Mousse

This is an easy dessert to whip up and a great way to enjoy fresh berries before the Summer is over.  Packaged pudding mix is what makes this Easy White Chocolate Mousse come together so quickly.

You only need 4 ingredients to make this. You have the instant pudding along with some milk and whipping cream. The whipping cream is what takes the pudding mix from regular old puddind to a thick cream mousse.

Feel free to swap out the white chocolate pudding mix for a different flavor to make a new flavor. You can swap it out for vanilla, chocolate, lemon, or cheesecake flavors.

I make this using 2 boxes of the white chocolate pudding mix JELLO brand not the sugar free but I recommend the regular kind, jello brand white chocolate pudding mix.

2 boxes of the pudding mix
    16oz heavy cream
1 1/2 cup milk 2% or whole milk

Pour all the liquids in a good sized mixing bowl and turn on your electric mixer add both things of pudding and beat for about 2 to 3 minutes on about medium speed, refrigerate for about 15 minutes and after 15 minutes beat the set mixture for about 2 to 3 minutes until it seems good and mixed and thickened.

Put all in a glass container big enough to hold that much mousse and cover with a lid or plastic wrap or feel free to add to dessert glasses or cups as you wish with berries or frost a cake or cupcakes or use as a cake filling but just keep everything refrigerated. Goes nicely with raspberries.

Love this recipe which I made slightly different because I had several people to serve. Serve by itself and can last 4 to 5 days in the fridge.

Find the jello white chocolate instant pudding at Walmart. Love this pudding usually but 10 to 12 boxes at a time. Not sold in many stores. One of the absolute best jello pudding flavors.

  2. This looks AMAZING!!! I can’t wait to try it! Just curious though, where did you find the white chocolate pudding? Thanks!
