Crock Country celebrates the holidays with delicious veggie dishes that the whole family can enjoy. From a Sweet Potato Praline Bake to Cranberry Orange Spiced Green Beans, they have recipes that entice even the pickiest of taste buds. Today, I have a Country Crock giveaway. With the coupon in this month’s All You Magazine, you to try Country Crock and these tasty holiday recipes with your family:

To help you celebrate the holidays with a delicious veggie dish, Country Crock/ All You has provided a giveaway for one RMK reader.  The prize pack includes place mats, napkins, a casserole dish for your veggie dish. It also includes a copy of All You magazine. To enter, tell me you favorite veggie dish. Or tell me which of the above dishes from Country Crock you would like to try.  You have until Friday Dec 16 at midnight (MST) to enter.

I will be trying the Cranberry Orange Spiced Green Beans. We grow so many green beans in our garden so there’s always frozen beans in our freezer. It’s great to find a new way to “spice” them up and thanks for the chance to win.

We LOVE all veggies roasted in the oven with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper. My 11 month old will eat all veggies as long as they’re roasted.
