Grilled chicken is a summer staple at our house, so I am always looking for new ways to serve it up just like this Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken.
Marinades tend to be what I like to use for grilled chicken. I love how the flavor infuses into the meat and it also helps to keep the meat moist and tender. Today’s recipe is a marinade and includes the flavors of cilantro and lime.
If you are one of those people that happens to not like the flavor of cilantro, just substitute parsley in its place. The flavor will be slightly different but will still work well.
