BLTA Flatbread Pizzas

Easy breezy summer! That seems to be the theme of the recipes I am sharing with you all this week. This is my variation on the typical BLT sandwich. I turned it into BLTA flatbread pizzas using one of my favorite recipes for flatbread! You only need 1 ingredient to make the flatbread and it takes 3 minutes! It’s made using refrigerated biscuit dough.
The flatbread then gets topped with guacamole, that is where the “A” comes into this sandwich – “A” for avocado! It’s like the sauce for this cold version of pizza. You can make your own guacamole, but I just used store bought Wholly Guacamole on these. The guacamole really ups the flavor and adds a nice creaminess element. Then you just need to add your B, L, and T!
I personally like Kirkland or Wrights brands for the bacon. I also like it nice and crispy! For the lettuce, I used baby field greens. However, feel free to use what you like. And for the tomatoes, I just quartered up some grape tomatoes. But any tomato you want will work on these BLTA flatbread pizzas.
