Blender Mango Chili Salsa

I love a good homemade salsa. A blender version makes it even easier to make. This salsa recipe today is for a blender mango chili salsa.
This salsa includes more mango than tomato. This is 4 cups of mangoes and 1 pint of grape tomatoes. So this salsa is definitely more on the fruity side and has a delicious fruity flavor.
Then you add in some red onion, a jalapeno pepper, lime juice, cilantro, salt and Tajin to this blender salsa. If you have never used Tajin before, it is a great Mexican seasoning. This seasoning includes chili powder, salt, and lime juice. This seasoning is great to sprinkle on fresh fruit when you eat it. This is why it works so well in the salsa.
If you can’t find Tajin in your store there are other brands out there such as Valentina. You can usually find it on the ethnic food isle at just about any grocery store. Serve it up with your favorite tortilla chips.
