Tacos are a staple meal in my house. We almost have them in some form almost on a weekly basis at our house.
Since we do eat them so frequently I do like to mix it up on how I make them. Today, I have one of the easiest ways to make you taco filling. One pound of ground beef usually isn’t enough to make tacos for my family, so one way I stretch that pound of beef is my using canned beans.
All you need to make this filling is a pound of ground beef and a can of Bush’s Black Bean Fiesta Grillin’ Beans. These beans have nice bold flavor. Black bean are simmered in a zesty chipotle sauce with corn and red peppers. You get lots of flavor without all the work.
I also love that by adding in the Grillin’ Beans to the taco filling I get a boost of protein and fiber without adding cholesterol or gluten. This filling was a hit with my family.
You can serve these Beef and Black Bean Fiesta Tacos in flour or corn tortillas. Using corn tortillas will make this gluten free! Then us whatever toppings you like! Now you have a simple and easy way to change up taco night.
