  1. by far my favorite way to eat it (and i eat so much of it), is in a salad. because it’s salty, i like adding a sweet something (dried cranberries, strawberries, grapes, etc) and a good, tangy vinaigrette. YUM!!

  2. The most awesome hummus dip! Hummus, layered with chopped cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, red onion, oregano and…..FETA. drizzle with olive oil….serve with pita chips, delish!

  3. I’ve never had feta, but I’ve heard it’s great in salads. I’ll have to buy some soon!

  5. I LOVE Feta cheese on lettuce and pasta salads. It’s one of my favorite cheeses.
