Today I would like to introduce you to Applegate Naturals Mini Pork and Turkey Pepperoni. They are made from 100% vegetarian grain-fed and humanely raised pork and turkey. We recently had a pizza night at our house using these new products. I love pizza night.

It is a great way to use up items that you have sitting in the fridge. In addition to pepperoni you can use olives, bell peppers, roasted eggplant, bacon, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, cherry toomatoes, red onion, broccoli, pineapple, and spinach.

I had some olives and mushrooms left in my fridge from other meals so we used those. We also used a package of Applegate provolone cheese along with some fontina I had in the fridge too.

We used a box of King Arthur Classic Crust Mix for our crust but I also love my recipe for fast and easy pizza dough. I divided the dough into 12 to make 12 mini pizzas. We placed the dough on a baking sheet that had been oiled with olive oil. Then every made their pizza the way the wanted it. I gave the pizzas a little drizzle of olive oil and placed them in a 500 degree oven for 10 minutes. Pizza night is always a hit at our house.
