So today’s Apple Cider Waffles recipe is kind of a continuation of last weeks breakfast week for #NationalBreakfastWeek, but is is all the recipe to kick off #appleweek !

If you fall me at any kid of consistent basis you know that Fall is my all time favorite time of year! And for the past few years I have hosted an apple week to share ways to enjoy the great fall flavor of apple. Paired with cinnamon we are talking pure fall heaven.

Well today’s recipe uses the liquid form of apples – apple cider. These amazing waffles get their magnificent apple flavor from apple cider. Now, I highly recommend using the type of apple cider you can purchase in the refrigerated section. The flavor you get there is amazing. However, regular bottle apple cider will work or in a pinch, you can even use apple juice.

These are awesome topped with butter and maple syrup. However if you want to really drive home with apple flavor, then you may want to top them with this apple topping or apple cider syrup.

These are so easy, you just must made them! They are easy enough to make on a school day! Let the week of apple goodness begin!
