For Turkey

  • Slow Cooker Creamy Turkey and Wild Rice Soup – This is a perfect no fuss way to use up that leftover turkey to create a delicious meal. You let the slow cooker do all of the work for you.
  • Day After Thanksgiving Turkey Noodle Soup – One way that I love to use up my leftovers is in my day after thanksgiving turkey noodle soup using the turkey carcass.
  • Turkey Tetrazzini – Creamy sauce coats mushrooms, turkey, and linguine noodles.
  • Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie Soup – This soup is made in the slow cooker and uses some frozen veggies to make life easier. You also have chopped potatoes, onion, and celery.
  • Turkey Fettuccine Skillet – This recipe is only 361 calories for one cup which is much healthier than a regular fettuccine recipe.
  • Quick White Bean Turkey Chili – After a long day of cooking on Thanksgiving, this is simple to make and comes together fast.
  • Turkey and Green Bean Casserole – This dish comes together quickly and is somewhat of a main dish take off of the good old green bean casserole.
  • Creamy Mexican Turkey Soup – This was a great creamy soup with a little kick to it, but not too much of a kick. It was just the right amount of spice for my family.
  • Rosemary Turkey Pockets – These are a variation on a family favorite, chicken pillows. I have fancied it up and included turkey instead. You can serve these topped with leftover gravy if you have it and you want to use it. Otherwise these are just great on their own.
  • Herb Turkey Bundles – Crescent dough is used to encase a savory turkey filling.
  • Skillet Turkey Tetrazzini – The creamy sauce, tender turkey, and pasta come together beautifully in a skillet, creating a comforting dish that’s both easy to make and satisfying.
  • Turkey Fried Rice – This is a recipe that I found in an issue of Simple and Delicious.  It uses ground turkey, but you can totally swap it for diced cooked turkey.
