In a bowl whisk together the sandwich spread ingredients then set aside.
Cut each croissant in half and place on a baking sheet. Broil in the oven for a couple of minutes, just until the inside starts turning golden brown.
Spread some of the sandwich spread on both halves of the croissant. Put 3 slices of turkey, Havarti cheese, and romaine lettuce on each croissant, from top to bottom.
Add more cheese if desired. Top with the top half of the croissant. Serves 6.
