- 2 thick slices of bread I used sourdough
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise divided
- 4 Tbsp guacamole divided
- 3 oz sliced deli turkey
- 2 slices Havarti cheese
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 Tbsp butter softened
Instructions
- Preheat panini press to medium heat.
- Spread 1 Tbsp mayo followed by 2 Tbsp guacamole on each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, cheese, bacon, and tomato on one slice of bread. Top with second slice. Spread softened butter on top slice.
- Place sandwich, buttered side down on the panini press. Spread remaining butter on top.
- Cook in the press for 3-4 mins until it turns golden and the cheese melts. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy! Makes 1 sandwich.
