Thanksgiving bundles are a creative and delicious way to repurpose holiday leftovers into a comforting meal. These flaky crescent dough bundles are filled with a savory mixture of turkey, stuffing, vegetables, and gravy, then baked to golden perfection. Easy to make and freezer-friendly, they’re perfect for a quick dinner or a post-holiday treat!
3ozTurkey Flavored Stove Top Dressing (half of a 6 oz pkg)plus ingredients to make
1celery stalk
1 ½clovesgarlic
½poundground turkeyor use leftover cooked turkey
.87ozgravy mix pkg (I use 2 pkgs)(I used Tone's from Sam's Club we like a total of 2 cups of gravy)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Follow the directions to cook the Stove Top in the microwave.
While the Stove Top is cooking, cook the ground turkey until browned.
Cut up the garlic and celery into small pieces. Add to the dressing when it is done cooking and toss with a fork. Set aside.
Cook the gravy according to package directions. Combine the ground turkey, dressing, salt/pepper to taste, and 1/4 cup of the gravy to a large bowl. Gently stir to combine.
Roll out the dough and cut each roll into 8 squares. Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the center of each dough square and fold edges to meet at the top. Place in muffin cups. Cook at 350 degrees for about 13 minutes or until dough is golden brown on top.
Serve with remaining gravy. Recipe makes about 16 bundles.
