This homemade strawberry vinaigrette is a delightful blend of fresh strawberries, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and canola oil. Simply blend the strawberries, vinegar, sugar, and salt until smooth, then gradually add the oil to emulsify the dressing.   • 6 good sized strawberries

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup canola oil

Instructions

  • Cut the green tops off the strawberries and place them in a blender along with the vinegar, salt, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • Open the small opening in the lid of your blend. While blending, slowly pour in the oil.
