Place your chicken in to a half sized aluminum foil pan. Rub or sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken.
Pour salsa over the chicken to cover the chicken breasts.
Place on a smoker that has been preheated to 230 degrees. Cook for about 3 hours or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Remove the chicken form the pan and shred with 2 forks. Place the chicken back in the pan and mix to combine. Place back on the smoker for 30 more minutes. Serve chicken on tortillas with desired toppings.
