Slow Cooker Mojo Pork

Ingredients

3 to 4 lb boneless pork shoulder/pork butt

Tbsp
vegetable oil

garlic cloves
minced

Tbsp
cumin
1 ½
tsp
salt
1
tsp
dried oregano
1
cup
orange juice
4
limes
juiced
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium, heat oil. Add in the pork and brown on all sides.
Place the browned pork to 6 qt slow cooker along with all remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove pork from slow cooker and shred. Return shredded meat to slow cooker. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve with tortillas with favorite taco toppings.
