This Slow Cooker Hamburger Steaks & Gravy recipe delivers juicy, seasoned hamburger patties simmered in a rich, savory gravy for an effortlessly comforting meal. Made with simple pantry ingredients, the slow cooker does all the work, ensuring the beef stays tender while soaking up incredible flavor.
In a large bowl mix the ground beef, 2 Tbsp onion soup mix, Worchestershire sauce, steak seasoning, egg, and bread crumbs together. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook the patties for 2-3 minutes just until browned on each side.
Remove the patties fronm the skillet and place into the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix the remaining dry onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, water, and brown gravy mix together. Pour the gravy mixture over the burgers.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Serve patties along side with mashed poatoes and top with gravy and garnish with parsley if desired.
