Instructions
In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
Cut the potatoes so they are in about 1 inch pieces. Spray the crockpot inset with non-stick cooking spray. Add in the potatoes and drizzle with olive oil and stir to coat. Sprinkle half of the seasoning mix over the potatoes and stir to coat.
Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and toss with the remaining seeasoning. Add the seasoned chicken to the crock pot along with the chicken. Mix everything together. Drizzle half of the bottle of garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir together and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover and allow the cheese to melt. Once melted, serve.
