Ingredients

½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ lb bag petite Yukon gold potatoes or baby potatoes
1 Tbsp garlic minced
1 lb chicken breasts
6 oz Buffalo Wild Wings garlic parmesan sauce 1/2 of 12 oz bottle
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
Cut the potatoes so they are in about 1-inch pieces. Spray the crockpot insert with non-stick cooking spray. Add the potatoes and drizzle with olive oil, then stir to coat. Sprinkle half of the seasoning mix over the potatoes and stir to coat.
Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and toss with the remaining seasoning. Add the seasoned chicken to the crockpot along with the chicken. Mix everything together. Drizzle half of the bottle of garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the potatoes are tender. Stir together and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover and allow the cheese to melt. Once melted, serve.
