ground beef
can use ground turkey if you prefer

of medium onion
diced

of green bell pepper

garlic

ketchup

brown sugar

dry mustard

Worcestershire sauce

Cup
tomato juice
slider buns or rolls
I got a bag of white dollar rolls from my local Walmart
Instructions
Cook beef, onions, pepper and garlic together in skillet over medium heat until cooked thoroughly. Drain off any excess grease.
Mix in ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, Worcestershire, and tomato juice and simmer for a few minutes to warm the sauce and thicken.
Serve on slider buns. Makes 12-15 sliders.
