Quick Stove Top Stroganoff

Ingredients

12 oz pkg. wide egg noodles
1
lb
ground beef

cup
onion

cups
sliced mushrooms

Tbsp
flour

13 3/4 can or 1 3/4 cups beef broth
1
cup
sour cream
divided
salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook egg noodles according to package. When done drain and set aside.
While noodles cook, brown beef with onions and mushrooms until beef is browned, drain off any excess grease.
Sprinkle flour over beef mixture and stir to blend in.
Add beef broth and stir to combine. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute or until thickened.
Mix in 1/2 cup of sour cream.
Serve beef gravy over noodles and top with a spoonful of remaining sour cream. Serves 4-6.
