8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

20 oz can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1
3.4 oz pkg vanilla instant pudding mix

of thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add in the pineapple with the heavy syrup and the dry pudding mix. Beat all together for 2 minutes.
Fold in the Cool Whip. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
