Personal Pita Pizzas

whole pocket pita breads or flatbreads
1 ¼
cup
of marinara
pizza sauce, alfredo sauce, bbq sauce, or pesto
2 ½
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
Desired toppings - pepperoni
bacon, ham, sausage, chicken, olives, mushrooms, peppers, onions, pineapple, etc
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pita breads on baking sheets. Top each with 1/4 cup of sauce and spread evenly over the pita.
Then top each pita with 1/2 cup of cheese followed by the desired toppings.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is nice and melty.
