Personal Pita Pizzas

whole pocket pita breads
or flatbreads
1 ¼
cup
marinara
pizza sauce, alfredo sauce, bbq sauce, or pesto
2 ½
cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded
desired toppings
pepperoni, bacon, ham, sausage, chicken, olives, mushrooms, peppers, onions, pineapple, etc.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pita breads on baking sheets. Top each with 1/4 cup of sauce and spread evenly over the pita.
Then top each pita with 1/2 cup of cheese followed by the desired toppings.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is nice and melty.
