Instant Pot Chicken and Rice Soup

Ingredients

long grain rice

diced cooked chicken or turkey

diced carrots

diced celery

chicken broth

diced garlic

Better Than Bouillon

dried parsley
Instructions
Rice rice in cold water until water is no longer cloudy. Add to the instant pot along with the other ingredients.
Put the lid on and seal. Set to manual for 2 minutes. Once finished manually release, Serves 4-6.
