In a bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients together. Place in the fridge until ready to prepare the sandwiches.
Set out the cibatta rolls. Spread the sauce on both sides. Layer the ingredients on the bottom of each roll placing the cooked bacon (3 per sandwich), lettuce, cheese, sliced tomatoes, 2-3 pieces of turkey, and 2-3 pieces of ham.
Top the sandwich with the top of each roll and cook in a panini press until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Makes 4 sandwiches.
