Set the Instant Pot to saute and brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Turn the Instant Pot to off and drain off any excess grease.
Add 1/2 cup of the water to the Instant Pot. Scrape up any brown bits on the bottom of the pot. This will prevent a burn message on the Instant Pot.
Break spaghetti noodles in half and add to the Instant Pot on top of the cooked beef. Do not stir the noodles!
Pour the tomato sauce and petite diced tomatoes over the spaghetti noodles. Add in the dried minced onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Then pour the remaining water over the noodles. Again do not stir.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and lock it. Make sure it is set to seal. Set to manual cook for 8 minutes on high pressure.
When the time is up do a quick pressure release and remove the lid.
Stir the noodles and sauce. Add more salt, if needed. Serves 4
