In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.
To the bowl, add pepperoncini rings, grated Parmesan cheese, sliced red onion, and shredded lettuce. Mix everything together thoroughly and let it sit while you prepare the sandwiches.
Preheat your oven to broil.
