Grilled Chicken Marinade with Balsamic and Garlic

This grilled chicken marinade with balsamic and garlic infuses chicken with a deep, tangy flavor from balsamic vinegar and a hint of garlic. After marinating for at least an hour (or up to 12), the chicken grills up juicy and tender with a slightly caramelized crust. Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner or a BBQ, it’s a versatile recipe that also works well on other proteins like pork or beef.
