Instructions
In a shallow bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and flour together until well blended..
Dip the slices of bread in the batter, coating both sides.
Place the coated bread slice on a hot and greased griddle. Toast until a golden brown on both sides.
Sprinkle powdered sugar to serve. Serves 6.
