Frost cooled brownies with the vanilla frosting. Then cut into squares.

Then use the jelly beans to create a flower on top of each brownie. Use one jelly bean to be the center of the flower and then surround it with other jelly beans to create the petals of the flower. You can also cut the jelly beans in half length wise to make smaller flowers.
