The Easy Layered Taco Bake is a simple and delicious twist on taco night, made with layers of seasoned taco meat, creamy salsa con queso, tortillas, and melted cheese. This dish comes together quickly and bakes to perfection, creating a cheesy, flavorful meal that can be sliced and served in wedges.
water as called for on back of seasoning packetusually 3/4 cup water

3flour tortillas8-inch soft taco size
2cupsshredded Mexican cheese blenddivided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
In a skillet, brown ground beef until fully cooked and drain off excess grease.
Add the taco seasoning and water as called for on the back of the seasoning packet (usually 3/4 cup). Then, follow the directions on the back of the seasoning packet.
Once the taco meat is ready, turn off the heat and mix in 1/2 cup salsa con queso.
Spray an 8-inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer the bottom of the pan with one of the flour tortillas. Next, layer 1/3 of the ground beef taco filling followed with 1/3 of the shredded Mexican cheese blend.
Repeat layers 2 more times: another tortilla, 1/3 of the taco mixture, 1/3 of the cheese.
Bake at 350F degrees for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are slightly golden brown.
Allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Slice and serve. Top with desired toppings. Serves 4-6.
