Instructions
Preheat waffle iron.
In a large bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together until combined.
In a microwave safe container, warm the milk up by microwaving for just 1 minute, or heat until slightly warm on the stove top.
In a separate small bow,l whisk the eggs. Slowly stir in the warm milk to temper the eggs. Then mix in the melted butter and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and whisk until blended.
Add the batter into the preheated waffle iron according to manufactuer's instructions. Cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp. Serve immediately. I was able to get 7 waffles for my waffle maker.
