Easy Cheesy Homemade Breadsticks

For the dough

For the garlic butter
½
cup
butter
softened
1-2
cloves
fresh garlic
pressed
½
cup
shredded parmesan cheese
½
tsp
dried parsley
Instructions
Add all dough ingredients into a mixer and mix well.
Dump dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Flatten dough into a rectangle, about an inch thick.
Spread garlic butter over and slice with a pizza wheel. I usually slice through the middle length-wise, then cut the other direction to make strips.
Optional: If you'd like fluffier bread sticks, allow dough to rise for about 15 minutes before baking.
Bake at 400 F for 12-15 min, or until golden around the edges.
