In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 30-40 minutes longer or until beans reach desired thickness. I like my beans thick so I cook them for the 40 minutes. They will thicken a little more as they cool. Yield: 6 servings.
