Air fryer calzones are a quick and easy way to enjoy a homemade pizza pocket. Made with pizza dough and filled with your favorite toppings like pepperoni, cheese, and sauce, they cook in the air fryer in just 7-10 minutes for a crispy, golden crust. These customizable calzones are perfect for busy weeknights and can be served with dipping sauces like marinara or ranch for added flavor.

Instructions
In a bowl mix all pizza dough ingredients together, except the flour. Add flour and knead until the dough comes together.
Split the pizza dough into 4 equal pieces. Using your hands, roll out each dough piece into a pizza shape. I do this on a counter sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Spoon 1/4 of the sauce onto half of each circle of dough, making sure to leave the edges clean.
Top the sauce on each with a layer of 1/4 of the cheese, followed by a layer of 1/4 of the pepperoni. At this point, you can sprinkle on some Italian seasoning or Johnny's seasoning over the pepperoni.
Fold over the clean side of the dough to create a half-circle shape. Crimp the edges with your fingers to seal the filling inside.
Place the calzone into the basket. I can fit 2 at a time in my air fryer.
Air fry the calzones in batches for 7-10 minutes at 375°F, turning them over halfway through. Once they turn golden brown, they are ready. Serve with additional pizza sauce or ranch dressing.
