Sauce
½cupsour cream
½cupsalsa
1Tbsptaco seasoning
Wraps
4large tortillaswrap size
½cupguacamole or 1 whole avocadodiced
2cupscooked chickenshredded or diced
½cupshredded cheddar cheese
½cuptomatodiced
1cupFritoscrushed
1 ⅓cupsshredded lettuce
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients. I like to do this at least an hour before we want to eat and give it some time in the fridge.
Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread some guacamole on the center of the tortilla. Then top with 1/2 cup chicken, 2 Tbsp spoons of cheese, and 1/4 of the tomato. Drizzle with some of the sauce. Then top with 1/4 cup of the Fritos and 1/3 cup of the lettuce.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Repeat with the remaining wraps. Cut in half to serve. Makes 4 servings.
