Place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another bowl.

In the bowl with the whites, beat with a mixer until high stiff peaks form. Set aside.

In the bowl with the yolks, begin beating on low speed. Then gradually add in the cream while mixing and then beat for 1 minute. Add in the flour and salt and mix until smooth.

Now gently fold in the beaten egg whites you have set aside. Cook in your waffle maker according to manufacturers instructions. This made 3 waffles for me.
