Slice croissants in half lengthwise, but not all the way through. You want the one side to still be attached.
Take 2 squares of cookie dough and flatten them. Place inside a croissant.
Then take 2 square of cookie dough and flatten. Break into pieces and place on top of the croissant. Repeat until all croissants are filled and topped.
Place on a baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar. Serves 6.
