1lbboneless skinless chicken breastscut into strips
110 3/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 ½cupsmilk
2cupsof uncooked minute rice
¼cupbacon bits
¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese
diced green onionoptional for serving
Instructions
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add chicken. Cook until fully cooked. This should just take about 4 minutes.
Mix in the canned soup and milk. Bring mixture to a boil and then mix in the rice.Cover and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
Remove from heat and mix in bacon bits and cheese.
