pkg au jus mix

lb
thinly sliced deli roast beef

cup
butter

cloves
of garlic

ciabatta rolls
split or a 1 lb ciabatta loaf slit and cut into 4 pieces

shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Prepare the au jus according to package directions. Add the deli roast beef and cook over medium heat until heated through.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Place the ciabatta rolls or pieces of ciabatta loaf on a baking sheet. Brush the cut sides with the melted garlic butter.
Place the shredded cheese on the bottom half of the ciabatta rolls or bread. Broil until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasty.
Remove the meat from the au jus and divide it between the ciabatta rolls or bread, creating 4 sandwiches.
Serve with the au jus for dipping. Makes 4 sandwiches.
