Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker along with 1/2 cup water. Cook on low for 6-7 hours until fully cooked.
Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred.
Place shredded chicken in a bowl and toss with 1/2 cup of wing sauce.
To serve tacos, place lettuce in the bottom of each taco shell followed by the chicken. Top with a drizzle of ranch dressing and sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp of the crumbled blue cheese. Makes 10 tacos.
