Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches

Ingredients

bakery-fresh croissants
mayonnaise to taste
2
eggs
salt and pepper to taste
2
slices
cheddar cheese
4
slices
black forest ham sliced
mayonnaise to taste
Instructions
Slice croissants in half and spread a little mayonnaise on the top side.
In a skillet, heat up ham slices until they become nice and hot. Place a slice of ham on each bottom half of the croissants.
In the same skillet, cook eggs over medium. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Once you flip the eggs, place a slice of cheese over each egg.
Once cooked, place the eggs on top of the ham slices. Serve immediately. They are the best when they are piping hot. Serves 2.
