These easy Biscuit Sticks use just three simple ingredients and come together in minutes. Each soft, tender stick is coated in melted butter before baking for plenty of rich, buttery flavor. They’re perfect for serving with soup, chili, pasta, or any dinner that needs a quick bread on the side.
Heat oven to 425°F. In a 13x9-inch pan, melt butter in the oven. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir the baking mix and water until a soft dough forms. Place dough on a surface generously dusted with Bisquick mix; gently roll in Bisquick mix to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 5 times.
Roll the dough into a 10x6-inch rectangle. Cut it in half lengthwise, then cut each half crosswise into 12 sticks, about 3/4-inch wide. Place each dough stick in the pan with the melted butter, turning to coat all sides. Arrange the sticks evenly in the pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
