In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and white vinegar to make the sauce. Set aside.
Cook hot dogs as desired. I cooked mine on the grill.
To make the hot dogs, place some of the shredded lettuce on a toasted bun. Top with 2 of the halves of cheese followed but the cooked hot dog. Place a few pickle slices on each side of the hot dog and drizzle with some of the sauce. Makes 8 servings.
