- 1 pkg Rice-A-Roni beef flavored
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup finley diced onion this is optional
- 1 can Campbell's Beef Vegetable Soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Rice-A-Roni acoording to pacakge directions.
- While the rice cooks, brown the ground beef along with the onion (if using) in a large skillet. Drain off any excess grease.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the prepared rice to the skillet along with the beef and mix in the can of beef vegetable soup and a can full of water.
- Stir together until combined and add to an 11x 7 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until the cheese melts and the dish is heated through. Serves 4-6.
