These BBQ chicken tostadas are a quick and easy dinner that combines the flavors of a tostada and a BBQ chicken pizza. Crispy homemade tostada shells are topped with barbecue chicken, melty mozzarella cheese, and green onions for a meal that is full of flavor. They are perfect for busy nights, especially when you use rotisserie chicken to make dinner come together even faster.
