Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Pound chicken breasts to an even 1-inch thickness and season liberally with salt and pepper. If you cut large chicken breasts in half, you probably won't need to pound them. Place in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, stir together the caesar dressing, sour cream, and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
Spread mixture over chicken breasts. Then sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired before serving. Serves 4.
