Place popcorn in a large bowl being sure to remove any unpopped kernels.
In a small microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate and peanut butter. Microwave for 20 second intervals stirring after each one until fully melted and blended together.
Pour chocolate mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat. Then add in the rice krispies, marshmallows, and mini chocolate chips. Toss to coat.
Pour popcorn out onto a baking sheet and allow to cool.
