butter for grilling
Instructions
Spread the Brie cheese evenly over one slice of bread. Follow with the ham, apple slices, apple butter, and cheddar cheese.
Top with remaining slice of bread.
Spread butter over the outside of the sandwich and grill in a skillet until both sides of the sandwich are golden brown.
Slice in half and serve hot.
