Instructions
In a sauce pan or skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minutes.
Add the cream cheese, parmesan cheese and milk and stir until the cheeses have melted and the sauce is combined.
Finally, mix the garlic salt & parsley flakes.
Toss with cooked noodles and serve. Serves 4-6
